For reservations of 28-59 nights a deposit of 5 000 sek is required and for reservations of 60-90 nights a deposit of 10 000 sek is required. The deposit needs to be paid 7 nights prior to arrival. UNITY allows a maximum stay of 90 consecutive days. For further stays there needs to be a break of 2 nights between reservations. The new opening hours of the front desk is 7AM-9PM. Our guests will receive a welcome letter with instructions regarding late check-ins and as well as digital check-in. Weekly cleaning is included in the rate. Nice living space in a nice neighborhood
Good room standard, appropriate for the price. Small but a spacious room with a high ceiling and a tall window with a nice view of a proper harmonious and calm Swedish neighborhood. The neighborhood that Unity is situated in is ideal for a longer stay. It is calm, has everything within walking distance, and it's green and nice. The bathroom met our expectations, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen served its function. The hotel staff made sure we got the room we asked for. We expected a mini stove in our kitchenette, yet we were surprised with a full-size electric oven, which was a pleasant surprise.
Digitalization of all things doesn't increase convenience for the customer. The app didn't really work. It crashed and blanked out. The door key wasn't reliable, which made the app redundant. I would rather avoid downloading and using multiple apps that demand my info while traveling, as most people, I'm sure. It is not a sustainable solution and will not work long term. Wait until one of your customers falls for a phishing scam connected with your check-in or washing machine app. The hell will break loose, and for no good reason whatsoever. If there is to be an app, it should be interoperable between all facilities, and its functionality should be guaranteed - kind of like booking. This wasn't really a problem for us, so it doesn't influence our opinion a lot, just kind of annoying. The neighborhood, as beautiful as it is, is quite far away from the city center. We were not aware that the tram line was being rebuilt, prolonging the commute to the center to circa 25 minutes by bus and train. No big deal and could be mentioned. Kitchen utensils were quite random. There is no need for pots and frying pans in a room with no stove. Instead, we could get more oven-appropriate equipment, like kitchen gloves. Also, the coffee container for pressed coffee maker came cracked and with no coffee to use. It should go without saying that coffee be included. We had to buy a big pack of coffee, 80% of which we left in the room, so we got you covered for about 4 more weeks of guests.

Great location, could get easily into the city center. Simple and clean room. Supermarket at walking distance too.
The pots/pans were a little scratched so we didn't use them. Probably from previous guests use.
